Welcome to Moveet! By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Service Usage
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- Account Registration: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- Prohibited Activities: Using Moveet for unlawful or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.
Ride Booking
- Booking Confirmation: Your ride is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification.
- Cancellations: Cancellations may incur a fee as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Wallet Functionality
- Adding Funds to Wallet: You can add funds to your Moveet wallet using approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking).
- Using Wallet for Payments: Wallet balance can be used for rides, with additional payment methods if balance is insufficient.
- Wallet Balance: Funds are non-transferable and valid only for Moveet services without expiration unless stated.
- Refunds to Wallet: Refunds for cancellations will be credited to your wallet per the Refund Policy.
- Fraud Prevention: Fraudulent wallet activity will lead to account suspension and legal action.
Liability
Moveet is not liable for damages resulting from the use of services or issues with third-party payments.
Modifications
Moveet reserves the right to modify terms at any time, with changes effective upon website posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
By using Moveet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing Details
Base Fare: Rs. 5 per kilometer for Moveet services.
Additional Charges:
- Extra Distance Charge: If travel exceeds the drop location, additional charges will apply.
Wallet Policy
Users can add money to their Move ET wallet for seamless transactions. Wallet balance can be used for bookings and other services. Refunds for cancellations will be credited back to the wallet unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are initiated for cancellations made within the permissible time frame and are credited to the original payment method or Move ET wallet as per the user's preference.
